Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 100 g flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 200 ml milk
- oil for frying.
Instructions
- Whisk the egg with sugar and milk.
- Add salt and flour, and mix into a smooth batter.
- Let the batter rest for a while.
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and lightly oil it.
- Pour enough batter to just cover the pan.
- After 30 seconds, carefully flip the cr�pe.
- Cook for another 30 seconds.
