Ingredients

  • 500 ml lukewarm water
  • 25 ml olive oil
  • 40 g fresh yeast
  • 20 g salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 925 g all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast, salt, and sugar in lukewarm water and olive oil.
  2. Gradually add the flour and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Let the dough rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  4. After resting, knead the dough again, cover it, and refrigerate for 2 days.
  5. Once rested, the dough is ready to be shaped into 6 round pizzas.
  6. Preheat your oven to the highest possible temperature before baking for the best results.
